  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup cucumber chopped
  • 1 cup cilantro approx 1/3 bunch, fresh leaves
  • 2-3 green onion stalks
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ tsp salt

SERVE WITH

  • nut-thin crackers gluten free
  • cucumber slices
  • celery sticks
  • bell pepper sliced
  • radish sliced
  • carrot

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, softened cream cheese, cucumber, cilantro, green onion, garlic and salt in a food processor and blend.
  2. Dunk a cracker to taste and add more of your favorites, if desired or keep the dip as is -- the ratio in this recipe had me swooning!
  3. Garnish with fresh cilantro and dive in with crackers and veggies!

Notes

  • You can prepare this dip ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to 4 days to ease snack or party preparation.
  • If you do not have a food processor, a blender can be used, or grate and finely chop the ingredients manually before mixing.
