  • 2 avocado or 3 smaller avocados, pitted, peeled and diced, large
  • ½ cup onion red, chopped
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • ½ cup mint chopped, fresh
  • ½ cup walnuts chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon sumac
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or to your liking
  • lime juice of 1
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons feta cheese crumbled

Instructions

  1. Place oranges, avocado, red onions, fresh herbs, and walnuts in one large bowl. Season with salt, pepper, sumac and pinch of cayenne.
  2. Add lime juice and a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Toss gently to combine. Add feta cheese on top. Serve with your favorite healthy chips.

Notes

  • Prep all ingredients except avocado ahead to save time; add avocado and season just before serving to keep it fresh and green.
