Citrus Herb Vinaigrette

Citrus Herb Vinaigrette is the best salad dressing and super easy to make. It goes perfectly on pretty much any salad!

Ingredients
- 1 small shallot, diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs of choice (chives, basil and parsley are favorites)
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- In a liquid measuring cup or bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well with a small whisk or a fork until the ingredients are completely mixed together.
- Alternately, place ingredients in a mason jar and shake to combine.
- Serve immediately, or cover and place in refrigerator for future use. Vinaigrette will last in the refrigerator for 7-10 days.
