These fun and fruity citrus popsicles are made from simple ingredients like fresh orange and lemon juices, with sweet honey, and are the perfect treat on a hot day!

Ingredients
- 2 cups orange juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoons honey add more for added sweetness
- 1 orange sliced and cut into wedges
Instructions
- Place your 10-count popsicle mold onto the counter.
- In a pitcher (you want something easily pourable) add orange juice, water, lemon juice, and honey. Stir to combine. Taste and add more honey if desired.
- Add a few orange slices to the molds, pour in the juice, add in your popsicle stick, top with mold cover, and add to the freezer.
- Freeze for at least 8 hours but preferably overnight.
- Let popsicles sit out for 5 minutes and remove from the popsicle mold.

- The sweetness of the popsicles will depend on the sweetness of the orange juices. Add more honey, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the desired sweetness is achieved.
- Honey can be substituted by granulated sugar, maple syrup, or simple syrup.
- Leftover juice can be drunk as a simple orangeade.
