Ingredients
Cobb Salad Dressing
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Cobb Salad Ingredients
- 8-10 cups romaine lettuce washed and chopped
- 2 cups Watercress Washed with the thick stems removed
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 4 lices Black Forest ham
- 1-2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 large avocado sliced or diced
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast sliced or diced
- 1/4 cup blue cheese
Instructions
Cobb Salad Dressing Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients into a lidded mason jar and shake. Taste, and adjust the seasonings to your liking. ( more salt, more mustard, pepper, etc.) Set aside.
Cobb Salad
- Place the Romaine and the watercress onto a large platter. Place the other ingredients on top.
- Drizzle with the dressing.
- Serve.

- This recipe is a meal for 4 people. Adjust the amounts to your own needs.
