These Coconut Butter Fat Bombs are the perfect low-carb/keto sweet treat to help keep you full and keep you on track with your low-carb/keto or candida diet.

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid stevia
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Chocolate Orange Version
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 1 tablespoon orange extract
Cherry Vanilla Version
- 1 cup freeze-dried cherries
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, whisk the coconut butter, coconut oil, and coconut milk over very low heat until smooth. You just want it to be warm enough to melt the coconut oil and create a smooth mixture.
- Remove from heat and add additional ingredients for whatever variation you're making. If using chocolate chips, add them after strirring the other ingredients in. Stir until smooth and well-combined.
- Cool the mixture down in the fridge for 10-15 minutes or until it just starts to firm up a little. Remove from fridge and stir well. You'll see the texture of the mixture change to what looks like fudge.
- Using a small ice cream scoop (a 1 tablespoon scoop works well), scoop the mixture out onto a tray lined with wax or parchment paper. You could also use a spoon and roll the mixture into balls with your hands. Or spread the mixture into a loaf pan and cut into squares.
- Store in the fridge or freezer, but let them come to room temp before serving. They taste better that way. If you leave them out too long, they will get super soft, but they won't completely melt like other coconut oil-based candies.
