Cold Lobster Roll

This classic Cold Lobster Rolls recipe is a popular dish in New England. They are delicious, only use a handful of ingredients and are so EASY to make!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound whole cooked lobster*
- 1/4 cup celery , thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chives , chopped
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter , melted
- pinch garlic powder
- 2 split top rolls
- bibb lettuce , optional

Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Kosher salt, black pepper and chives.
- When smooth, toss with chopped lobster meat.
- Cover and chill for at last 1 hour.
- When ready to serve, whisk melted butter with garlic powder and baste the inside of each split top roll.
- Fill with cold lobster meat. Using lettuce is optional.
