  • 4 boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick each
  • ½ teaspoon  salt
  • ½ teaspoon  pepper
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, cook pork chops in oil over medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°F. Remove and keep warm.
  3. Add the cream cheese, broth, cheese, vinegar, and lemon juice to the skillet; cook and stir until blended.
  4. Return the chops to the pan to coat with the cream cheese mixture and heat through.
