This Creamy Greek Yogurt Feta Dressing is ready to rock your veggies! Uber easy and ready in just 6 minutes, you'll want to pour this dressing on everything from salads to sandwiches.

Ingredients
- ¾ cup crumbled Feta cheese (approx. 3 oz)
- 1 stalk of green onion
- 3 TBSP quality olive oil
- 3 TBSP red wine vinegar
- 3 TBSP plain greek yogurt
- 2 TBSP filtered water
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 TBSP olive oil (seperate from above)
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp dried oregano
- ⅛ tsp dried dill

Instructions
- Using a food processor or blender, combine feta, green onion, olive oil, vinegar, yogurt, water and blend.
- To nix the bite of raw garlic, add one clove of pressed garlic to a small bowl with olive oil and microwave for 15 seconds to gently cook the garlic. Alternatively this can be done stove-top via sautéing or simply served up raw if you like your dressing with a garlicky bite!
- Add oil and garlic to dressing along with salt, oregano, and dill.
- Pulse/blend until creamy and get ready to pour this on everything!
Notes
- No blender or food processor? No problem! You can fork-mash your feta into the dressing and whisk to incorporate. Also, feel free to add more liquid for a thinner dressing and season to taste. The above measurements are my idea of dressing perfection: thick, creamy, and full of flavor! Enjoy!
- Feel free to use fresh herbs if you have them! Simply add a little more than their dried counterpart above then adjust to taste.
