Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 5 minutes. Be sure that the air fryer reaches its full temperature before using for best results.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together 1/2 cup of flour. In a separate dish, beat together the egg and milk. In a third dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, 1 cup of flour, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Working one at a time, coat each chicken tender in the plain flour, then the egg mixture, and then the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure each tender is thoroughly coated.
