Ingredients
- 5 potatoes scrubbed and cut into strips
- 2 Tablespoons salt
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons steak seasoning
- 3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese shredded

Instructions
- Cut potatoes into strips and place in a large bowl with cold water.
- Stir in salk and allow potatoes to soak in the water for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours).
- Drain and pat dry the potatoes.
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Place the potato strips in a clean bowl and toss with the olive oil, seasoning, and shredded cheese.
- Spread fries out on two greased cookie sheets and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway through baking.
- When fries turn golden brown, remove from oven and serve.
