Ingredients
- 4 cups lechon kawali chopped
- 1 red bell pepper seeded, cored and diced, medium
- 1 green bell pepper seeded, cored and diced, medium

- 5 Thai Chili pepper minced
- ½ cup calamansi juice
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste

- In a large bowl, combine lechon kawali, bell peppers, onions, and chili peppers.
