Crock Pot Italian Meatball Soup

Report
Crock Pot Italian Meatball Soup melds frozen beef meatballs with a savory tomato and beef broth, enhanced by diced vegetables and Italian seasonings. Ditalini pasta cooks directly in the soup, absorbing flavors and providing tender bite-sized pasta. Fresh parsley and shredded Parmesan cheese garnish the soup, adding brightness and a savory finish. This hearty, comforting soup offers a warming meal with balanced textures from the meatballs, vegetables, and pasta.

Description

This Crock Pot Italian Meatball Soup begins with combining frozen beef meatballs, canned crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce, beef broth, diced onion, celery, and carrots, plus Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker. The ingredients cook together on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, allowing the flavors to develop fully. Near the end of cooking, ditalini pasta is stirred in and cooked until tender over 15-30 minutes, depending on the heat setting. The soup is served garnished with fresh chopped parsley and shredded Parmesan cheese. The combination of juicy meatballs, herb-infused broth, and soft pasta creates a wholesome soup well suited to colder days or any time a filling meal is desired.
