- 2 lbs beef stew meat beef tips
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can 10.5 oz beef broth
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 oz egg noodles or any pasta of your choice
- fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
- Place the beef stew meat (beef tips) into the crockpot.
- In a bowl, whisk together the onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, water, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the beef in the crockpot.
- Stir to combine and coat the beef tips in the sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender and easily shredded.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to the package directions.
- Drain the noodles and add them to the crockpot. Stir to combine and allow the noodles to soak up the sauce.
- Serve the beef tips and noodles with fresh parsley for garnish, if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of red wine or a few dashes of hot sauce to the sauce mixture.
- You can substitute the egg noodles with any pasta you prefer, such as wide noodles, fettuccine, or even mashed potatoes.
