Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls, 12 rolls
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • 10 ounces pork loin, cooked and sliced
  • 9 ounces deli ham, sliced
  • 4 lices Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Dried onion flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut 1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls, in half so you have a top and bottom piece. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. Spread 3 tablespoons mustard on the bottom half of the slider rolls.
  4. Add 9 ounces deli ham, on top of the mustard in an even layer, followed by the sliced 10 ounces pork loin,.
  5. Place the sliced ½ cup dill pickles, on top of the pork.
  6. Finally, top with the 4 slices Swiss cheese, then place on the top half of the buns.
  7. Add 3 tablespoons salted butter to a small microwavable bowl. Heat until melted, then mix in 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes and ¼ teaspoon garlic powder. Brush the butter mixture over the buns using a basting brush.
  8. Cover the baking dish with foil then bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the sliders are hot, the cheese is melted, and the tops of the buns are golden.
  9. Cut into individual sliders and serve immediately.
