  • 2 English cucumber thinly sliced, large
  • 1/3 cup yogurt plain, Greek
  • 2 tablespoons dill chopped, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the English cucumbers and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, fresh dill, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the sliced cucumbers and toss until they are well coated. The salad can be served immediately or chilled in the refrigerator before serving.
