Curry Tartar Sauce

This recipe makes a little more than ⅓ of a cup of tartar sauce.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles (you need about 2 small dill pickles for that)
- ½ teaspoon yellow curry powder*
- ¼ teaspoon garam masala
- ½ teaspoon pickle juice from the jar of dill pickles

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Store the sauce in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
- *Use mild curry powder if you don't want this sauce to be spicy. Use spicy curry powder for a mildly spicy sauce.
