Would you like to know how to defrost bacon in the microwave? Today we are showing you how to defrost bacon fast using the microwave. Perfect for cooking with and will last up to 3 days in the fridge.

- 11 Frozen Back Bacon Rashers

- Kitchen Towel

Instructions
- Place a layer of kitchen towel onto a plate.
- Remove your bacon from its packaging and place on the kitchen towel.
- Then add another layer of kitchen towel over the frozen bacon.
- Place the bacon in the microwave.
- Click defrost and defrost meat and cook for 2 minutes.
- When the microwave beeps, remove the top kitchen towel, turn the bacon over and then add the kitchen towel back. Cook on defrost for a further 3 minutes.
Notes
- Size – Please note, we used back bacon which is much bigger than streaky and takes longer to defrost in the microwave. If doing streaky, at step #6 check if the bacon is done and remove from the microwave without the further 3 minutes.
