Ingredients
- 4 medium carrots
- 1 Tsp Frozen Chopped Garlic
- 2 Tsp oregano
- 2 Tsp paprika
- salt & pepper

Instructions
- Place one tablespoon of water in the bottom of your steamer basket.
- Peel and dice your carrots into medium slices and add to the steamer basket.
- Add your garlic and seasonings and mix with your hands.
- Place the lid on the steamer and then place in the microwave.
- Microwave for 7 minutes.
- Then check they are done by doing a fork test. If not soft enough add a couple of extra minutes.
Notes
- Honey – If you would like microwave carrots with honey, then its best to stir in honey afterwards as you don’t want the honey to burn you.
- Baby – If you would like to cook baby carrots in the microwave then add a couple of extra minutes to the cook time and then check on them.
