Instructions

  1. Start by cracking your eggs into a mixing jug and beating them with a fork. Add in the milk and keep mixing. Stir in any seasonings you are adding.
  2. Pour the batter into the omelette maker spreading it between the two sections.
  3. Prep any veggies you are adding. For example, we have included some chunks of green pepper, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  4. Then sprinkle any veggies and some cheese over the omelette. We also added in some shredded chicken that needed using up.
  5. Your omelette is now ready for the microwave. Carefully place the omelette into the microwave and microwave on full power for 3 minutes.
  6. Check on the omelette and if almost done, fold the omelette over so that you can no longer see the filling. Cook on full power for a final 90 seconds, or slightly less for a higher wattage, before carefully removing and serving.

Notes

  • Jug. We highly recommend a mixing jug and mixing your omelette ingredients first, and then pouring them into the omelette maker.
  • Adjust. We have a 850 watt microwave, if yours is higher or lower, you will need to adjust the cooking time.
