  • 1 kg red potatoes medium or small
  • 2 Tsp mixed herbs
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Place a tablespoon of water into the bottom of your steamer basket.
  2. Scrub the potatoes and remove any eyes if needed. Then chop the medium red potatoes into quarters, or if making small red potatoes in microwave, then keep them as they are.
  3. Place the red potatoes into the steamer basket with the seasonings and mix well with your hands.
  4. Then place the red potatoes into the microwave and spread them out. Microwave red potatoes on full power for 12 minutes.
  5. Check the red potatoes are fork tender. Then serve.

Notes

  • Mix and Match. We love that you can cook baby potatoes in the microwave or chop medium red potatoes into quarters. Both cook for the same time in the microwave and are delicious.
