Instructions

  1. Remove the fresh rosemary sprigs from the plant.
  2. Get out your dehydrator accessory and load up the shelves with fresh rosemary sprigs. Start at the bottom and work your way up and clip each shelf into place as you do it.
  3. Once the dehydrator is full then load into the Ninja Foodi. Place the air fryer lid down on the Ninja Foodi and set it to the dehydrator setting.
  4. Dehydrate rosemary for 4 hours at 55c/130f or until the rosemary is like a plant that has dried out in the sun.
  5. Then use your hands to remove the leaves from the sprigs-
  6. Then load into a blender and pulse until it resembles dried rosemary. Then load into an airtight plastic container such as a plastic mason jar and store in a cool place for up to 1 year.

Notes

  • Texture. Your dry rosemary might be too chunky for you. If that is the case, you can pulse again in the blender until it resembles the perfect texture for you.
