Dried Mint In Air Fryer

  • 2 Fresh Mint Plants

Instructions

  1. Remove the fresh mint from the plant. Get out your dehydrator accessory and load up the shelves with fresh mint leaves.
  2. Start at the bottom and work your way up and clip each shelf into place as you do it.
  3. Once the dehydrator is full then load into the Ninja Foodi. Place the air fryer lid down on the Ninja Foodi and set it to the dehydrator setting.
  4. Dehydrate mint leaves for 2 hours at 55c/130f or until the mint leaves are like a plant that has dried out in the sun.
  5. Then load the mint into a blender and pulse until it resembles dried mint. Then load into an airtight plastic container such as a plastic mason jar and store in a cool place for up to 1 year.

Notes

  • Quantity. Just like with cooking spinach, mint leaves don’t produce a lot when dehydrated. I recommend doing at least a plant otherwise you might be disappointed.
