Ingredients
- 2 Fresh Mint Plants

- Ninja Foodi Dehydrator

Instructions
- Remove the fresh mint from the plant. Get out your dehydrator accessory and load up the shelves with fresh mint leaves.
- Start at the bottom and work your way up and clip each shelf into place as you do it.
- Once the dehydrator is full then load into the Ninja Foodi. Place the air fryer lid down on the Ninja Foodi and set it to the dehydrator setting.
- Dehydrate mint leaves for 2 hours at 55c/130f or until the mint leaves are like a plant that has dried out in the sun.
- Then load the mint into a blender and pulse until it resembles dried mint. Then load into an airtight plastic container such as a plastic mason jar and store in a cool place for up to 1 year.
Notes
- Quantity. Just like with cooking spinach, mint leaves don’t produce a lot when dehydrated. I recommend doing at least a plant otherwise you might be disappointed.
