Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1-2 tsp agave or honey to taste
- 1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil

Instructions
- Combine the red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, agave, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a small glass jar. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
- Whisk well; slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until well combined. Set aside for flavors to mingle.
- Whisk well before drizzling on your salad. Enjoy.
- Side Note: My family loves a very tangy vinaigrette. If you prefer a more subtle flavor, increase the olive oil, to taste.
