Easy 5-min. Vegan Iced Turmeric Latte

This Vegan Iced Turmeric Latte blends oat milk with ground turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, vanilla extract, and maple syrup, served over ice. The iced drink is smooth and mildly spiced, with the earthy warmth of turmeric and fresh spices balanced by natural sweetness. It’s a refreshing plant-based beverage suitable for a quick, flavorful treat.

Description

The recipe combines a base of oat milk and ice cubes with a small batch of oat milk whisked together with ground turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. The spices offer a warm, slightly pungent flavor profile characteristic of turmeric lattes while the black pepper enhances turmeric’s bioavailability.

Served chilled over ice, this latte offers a cool alternative to the traditional warm turmeric beverages. The natural sweetness from maple syrup balances the earthiness of the turmeric and the slight bite of spices, delivering a layered flavor in a quick and easy preparation.

The recipe requires minimal equipment and steps, making it convenient for a brisk preparation and consumption anytime. Oat milk can be substituted with other plant-based milks for varying tastes or textures.
