Easy Air Fryer Salmon Bites
Description
Easy Air Fryer Salmon Bites begin by removing the skin from salmon fillets and cutting them into one-inch cubes. The cubes are marinated briefly in a mixture of teriyaki sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ground black pepper. This marinade infuses the salmon with a balanced sweet and savory flavor profile.
The salmon pieces are then arranged in a single layer in the preheated air fryer basket and cooked at 350°F for about 6 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway to ensure even cooking. This method produces tender, slightly caramelized salmon bites without overcooking.
These salmon bites pair well with steamed vegetables or rice for a simple meal but also work well as finger food. The option to top with sesame seeds adds a pleasant nutty aroma and visual appeal. Quick to prepare and cook, they make an easy protein-rich dish.
For cleanup, using air fryer-specific parchment paper prevents sticking but requires close monitoring to avoid burning. Leftover salmon bites can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
