Ingredients
- 7 oz Old Amsterdam cheese cubed
- 7 oz Cabernet Sauvignon rind cheese sliced
- 1 whole 4.5 oz Brie wheel
- 5 oz Goat cheese with cranberries
- 3.5 oz dried cranberries
- 7 oz purple grapes
- 7 oz assorted crackers
- 7 oz strawberries halved
- 5 oz raspberries
- 2 fl oz honey
- 3.5 oz pomegranate arils
- 4 prigs rosemary
- 4 prigs thyme
- 2 oz Jam (cranberry or fig)
Instructions
- Arrange small Brie wheel and other cheeses in a circular pattern on a 16-inch platter.
- Using a round cookie cutter, cut out the inside of the brie cheese.
- Fill gap with jam and top with pomegranate arils. Slice the removed circle and cut it into wedges, arrange along the board.
- Dress the board with crackers, fruits, and dried cranberries.
- Place honey in a small bowl on the board.
- Garnish with pomegranate arils, rosemary, and thyme sprigs.
- Ensure balanced color distribution and maintain circular shape.
- Serve at room temperature.
