Easy Green Juice Recipe

This Easy Green Juice combines cucumber, celery, kale, spinach, fresh ginger, lime juice, and apples to create a smooth, refreshing beverage. The recipe blends these fresh ingredients and then strains the juice to remove solids, resulting in a clean, bright juice with a balance of vegetal and citrus notes. Chilling before serving enhances its crispness, making it a nourishing drink for hydration or a green boost.

Description

Easy Green Juice Recipe uses a blend of sliced cucumber, celery, leafy kale and spinach, fresh ginger, lime juice, and apples. The process involves blending all ingredients until smooth and straining through a fine mesh or nut milk bag to extract juice, removing fibrous pulp. The flavor is fresh and green with a slight zing from lime and ginger, balanced by the sweetness of apple. The juice is then chilled before serving which helps bring out its refreshing quality.

The juice’s texture is smooth and clean, without bits of fiber from the vegetables and fruit. It can be served as a healthy drink for hydration or as a light refreshment. The combination of dark leafy greens and fruity elements creates a complex yet mild flavor profile.

Thorough washing of vegetables and fruits is important to remove dirt. The juice may separate upon standing, so stirring is recommended before drinking. Using a high-powered blender and squeezing with a nut milk bag or fine strainer ensures maximum juice yield.
