Easy healthy banana oat waffles
Description
Easy healthy banana oat waffles combine whole grain oats and ripe bananas to create a batter that cooks into waffles with a slightly dense, moist crumb and natural sweetness. Eggs provide structure while baking powder adds lightness and lift. Vanilla extract contributes a subtle aromatic note. Cooking in a waffle iron produces golden, crisp-edged waffles with a soft interior.
The waffles pair well with a variety of toppings such as fresh fruit, honey or maple syrup, nut butters, and yogurt, enhancing flavor and texture combinations. Their nutrient-rich base makes them a satisfying start to the day or a wholesome snack.
