Savory garlic butter is very easy to make at home in less than 10 minutes with just 3 ingredients. Butter is flavored with minced garlic and parsley. Use it to flavor bread, roast, vegetables, or even stir it with pasta.

Ingredients
- 1 stick salted butter softened at room temperature
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped or chives
Instructions
- Before you start, you need softened butter. Leave the butter in a bowl on the counter at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
- Add softened butter, minced garlic, and finely chopped parsley into a bowl.
- Mix it all together.
- Transfer to a small jar.
- Store in refrigerator.
- Spread it generously on a baguette and bake it for 1-2 minutes to make garlic bread, spoon a dollop over pork roast or beef, on top of baked potatoes, stir with hot pasta.
