  • 2 lbs. Top sirloin beef or Round Beef , cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 3 tablespoons Honey Sriracha Seasoning , divided
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dehydrated chopped onion
  • Juice and zest from 2 large lime or lemon
  • 2 large red onions , cut into quarters

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into 1 ½ to 1 ¾-inch cube and place it into a large mixing bowl. Add all the marinade ingredients into the bowl and toss to coat. Place in the refrigerator in an airtight container or a sealable plastic bag and allow marinating for 1 to 2 hours.
  2. In the meantime, soak wooden skewers in water. Cut the red onions into quarters and separate each quarter into 3 or 4 sections. Once the meat has been marinated, loosely thread 3 or 4 pieces of meat alternately with sections of onion on skewers.
  3. Sprinkle both sides of the meat and onion with honey sriracha seasoning. Spray a wire rack with nonstick cooking spray; set the rack in a sheet pan. Place all the Steak Kebabs on the prepared wire rack, and broil Steak Kebabs on high for 12 - 15 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once. (May need to cook for a few more/fewer minutes to the desired doneness).
  4. Alternately, you can grill these Steak Kebabs; preheat the grill at medium-high heat. Place on the grill and cook, with lid, lowered, for 2 to 3 minutes per side, 8 to 12 minutes in all (8 minutes for rare and 12 for medium). Remove from the heat and allow resting for 2 to 3 minutes prior to serving. Enjoy!
