Notes
- Pizza Toppings on Keto - Almost all meats are fair game, provided that they don’t have sugar added or aren’t breaded. Many veggies and fruits are keto-friendly as well, just make sure to look up the carb content and ensure that you’re staying below your daily carb allowance for your diet.
- Storing Chaffles - In the fridge, store in an airtight food container or bag for 3-5 days. For maximum crispiness, reheat in the oven or air-fryer after refrigerating. In the freezer, place your frozen chaffles into a freezer bag with a piece of parchment paper between each one to ensure they don’t freeze together. You can reheat them in the microwave or oven!
- Belgian Style - Prefer your chaffles to be a bit thicker? Use a whole cup of the batter in the waffle maker and enjoy them Belgian-style!
