  • 1 Prepared Pie Crust in a 9-Inch Pie Dish Unbaked
  • 1 Cup half and half
  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 bacon slices Cooked and Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Blue cheese crumbles any cheese you prefer
  • 1 Tablespoon flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the bacon, blue cheese crumbles, and flour together until well combined. This will help distribute the ingredients evenly in the quiche.
  3. Place the mixed bacon and blue cheese in the prepared pie crust, spreading it out evenly over the bottom.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the half and half and eggs until well combined.
  5. Pour the half and half and egg mixture over the bacon and blue cheese in the pie crust.
