- 1 Cup half and half
- 3 large eggs
- 8 bacon slices Cooked and Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Blue cheese crumbles any cheese you prefer
- 1 Tablespoon flour

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the bacon, blue cheese crumbles, and flour together until well combined. This will help distribute the ingredients evenly in the quiche.
