Ingredients
For the Marinade
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
For the Steak
- 1 1/2 pounds ribeye steak
- 2 tablespoons butter
- fresh chopped parsley

Instructions
- Make the Marinade
- Whisk together the soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place the steaks in an airtight container or a resealable freezer bag and add the marinade. Turn the steaks so all sides are coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour (preferably 2 hours) or overnight.
- Cook the Steak
- Heat a skillet over high heat. Pat the steaks with paper towels to remove the excess moisture. Add the steaks to the hot skillet and cook for about 3 minutes per side until brown. Reduce the heat to medium-high and continue to cook the steaks to the desired doneness. As a general guideline, medium-well steaks will take about 10 minutes.
- Top with a knob of butter and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
