- 1 ½ pound steak of choice
- ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Soy Ginger Steak Marinade:
- 1 ½ pound steak of choice
- ½ cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Cumin Lime Steak Marinade:
- 1 ½ pound steak of choice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 limes juiced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- For each variation of marinade, whisk the marinade ingredients together in a shallow bowl. Add the flank steak on top and turn the meat over so it is well coated.
- Let sit for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours, flipping the meat once or twice during the marinating time, then cook as desired.
