Easy to Customize Egg Bites
Description
The base combines eggs with ranch dressing, garlic salt, onion powder, and black pepper for a mildly tangy, savory flavor. Adding fresh spinach gives a slight vegetal note and color contrast, while bacon adds smoky, crispy texture, and pico de gallo introduces bright, fresh tomato and onion flavors. Baking the mixture in a muffin pan creates puffed, evenly cooked egg portions with slightly browned edges when done.
These egg bites can be served warm for immediate enjoyment or cooled and stored for up to several days to reheat as needed. The recipe indicates flexibility in fillings, allowing substitutions or additions based on preference. The size of each bite makes them convenient for portion control or easy sharing.
Perfect for meal prep or breakfast on the go, these egg bites maintain a balance of creamy, smoky, and fresh flavors in each bite without overwhelming richness.
