  • ½ cauliflower head
  • 5 carrot or a few handfuls of baby carrots, medium-large
  • 5 celery ribs
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 Lipton Onion Soup and Dip Mix packet
  • crackers optional assorted, includes dippers and extras
  • Chips optional assorted, includes dippers and extras

Instructions

  1. Chop broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Thinly slice carrots (peeled) and celery. Save celery tops and/or carrot tops as a pretty garnish.
  2. To make the dip, combine onion mix with sour cream and mix well. Chill until needed.
  3. Arrange veggies and dip on your favorite wooden board or tray. Surround with dippers like crackers, tortilla chips, bread, pretzels, pita, etc....
  4. Enjoy!
