Egg Bites Recipe
Description
The recipe starts by combining eggs with heavy cream, salt, and pepper to create a smooth base that bakes into custard-like egg bites. Each muffin tin cup is layered with grated Parmesan cheese, chopped cherry tomatoes, and spinach before pouring the egg mixture over them. Topping with crispy bacon pieces adds a smoky, salty contrast.
Baking at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes results in firm but tender egg bites that hold their shape and provide a balance of creamy, fresh, and savory flavors. These bites are convenient for portioned breakfasts or quick snacks, offering protein and vegetables in a compact form.
