Ingredients
- 12 eggs hard boiled and cooled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Djion mustard
- 2 green onion thinly sliced
- 1 rib celery finely diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 6 lices of romain lettuce
- 12 lices of wheat bread
Instructions
- Cut eggs in half. Remove yolks and chop whites.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard and salt & pepper to taste until smooth and creamy.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Serve on bread with a slice of lettuce
