Our Fall fruit salad is bursting with vibrant seasonal fruit dressed in a bright honey, orange, and poppy seed dressing!

Ingredients
Dressing
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- zest one orange
- 1 tablespoon honey, or more, to taste
- ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
Salad
- 1 orange, peeled and sliced
- 1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 small bunch seedless grapes, cut grapes in half; about 2 cups
- 2 apples, cubed
Instructions
- Whisk ¼ cup fresh orange juice, orange zest, honey, and poppy seeds in a small bowl.
- Add sliced oranges, cubed pineapple, cut grapes, and cubed apples to a large bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss.
Notes
- Make ahead of time. Make ahead and store it in the fridge. The citrus from the orange juice will help keep the apples from browning.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days. It may last even longer but the fruits will not be quite as firm and fresh.
