Ingredients
- 20 dried dates
- 3 tablespoons crumbled feta
- 3 teaspoons anthotyro or low fat cream cheese
- 3 teaspoons grated parmesan
- 1 ½ teaspoon olive oil
- pepper
- walnuts Pistachios, Almonds

Instructions
- Preheat oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
- Make a small cut lengthwise on the date and remove pit with tip of pairing knife.
- In a bowl, mash the feta with the cream cheese and parmesan. Add olive oil and pepper.
- Fill the dates with cheese mixture-you may have to use your fingers.
- Top with a little piece of walnut, or sliced almond or chopped pistachio.
- Bake in a pan brushed with a bit of olive oil for about 10 minutes.
- Serve warm-if the get cold they get chewy.
