Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blueberries frozen
- 1/4 cup beets steamed or roasted and cooled*
- 1 or 2 ripe figs *
- 1/3 cup pineapple
- 1/4 cup coconut milk yogurt
- 1/2 to 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop collagen peptides or beef gelatin
- 2 Tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth (Note: adjust amount of almond milk based on desired thickness).
Notes
- *For Low-FODMAP, omit beets and figs
