  • 1 bread small round loaf
  • 1 cup yogurt my favorite is Fage 2%, plain, Greek
  • cup mayonnaise quality
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp dill dried
  • ½ cup carrot shredded, chopped or minced
  • 2-3 oz baby spinach fresh, chopped
  • 2-3 TBSP green onion chopped

Instructions

  1. Slice off the top portion of  your loaf and remove most of the fluffy bread from the center.
  2. Chop bot the "lid" and the insides to use as dippers - no food waste here!
  3. For the dip, chop your veggies and combine with yogurt, mayo, and sour cream. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dill and mix well.
  4. Feel free to enjoy right away, but for best results, allow dip to chill overnight. Serious deliciousness happens when the ingredients get up close and personal in the fridge!

  • Use the scooped-out bread both as a lid and cut into pieces for dippers to avoid waste.
