Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 cups frozen fruit any type of your choice
  • 2 large ripe bananas frozen
  • 2 Tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen fruit and frozen bananas in a blender or a food processor.
  2. Then add in the water.
  3. Blend or process on high speed for a few minutes until the mixture is completely smooth.
  4. You can enjoy the ice cream as is or you can move the mixture to a freezer safe container (like a loaf pan) and freeze for 2-3 hours to allow the ice cream to firm up if you prefer.
  5. Then the ice cream is ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you freeze the ice cream, allow it to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to soften some before serving.  
  • This fruit ice cream will keep covered in the freezer for up to 1 month.
