  • 1 Fruit Roll-Up
  • 1 coop vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Unwrap fruit roll up and lay flat on a clean countertop or cutting board.
  2. Use your cookie scoop to drop a scoop of ice cream in the middle of the fruit roll-up.
  3. Press the bottom of a measuring cup onto the scoop of ice cream to flatten it so that it is about 1-inch thick and flat on the top and bottom.
  4. Fold the fruit roll-up around the ice cream, like you're wrapping a gift. Enjoy!
