Fruity Pebbles Rice Cakes Sandwiches
Description
Fruity Pebbles Rice Cakes Sandwiches begin by grinding uncooked rice and Fruity Pebbles cereal together to form a coarse flour base. This base is combined with eggs, water, vanilla, and salt to create a batter, which is poured into greased donut molds or muffin pans and baked at 350°F until crunchy, approximately 20-21 minutes. Once cooled on a rack, these rice cakes become crisp and ready for assembly.
The sandwich is constructed by spreading cream cheese and a layer of jelly onto one rice cake, then sprinkling Fruity Pebbles cereal on top before placing a second rice cake on the stack to complete the sandwich. The creamy, sweet, and crunchy layers provide a playful contrast in texture and flavor, ideal as a snack or sweet treat.
