Fry Sauce
Description
The base of the Fry Sauce is mayonnaise blended with ketchup, creating a pink-hued dip with sweetness from added sugar and a subtle tang from red wine vinegar. Spices including paprika and onion powder contribute depth without overwhelming the palate. Worcestershire sauce adds an umami richness, rounding out the flavor profile.
Once whisked and combined, the sauce benefits from chilling, allowing the flavors to meld. It serves well as a versatile condiment alongside fries, burgers, or as a spread, lending moisture and a complementary flavor boost.

- 1/2 cup ketchup
