Garlic Bread Meatball Bites
Description
This recipe begins by cutting refrigerated crescent dough sheets into rectangles. Precooked beef meatballs are placed at one end of each rectangle, which is then rolled up and placed seam-side down on a baking sheet. A mixture of melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and kosher salt is brushed over the dough-lined meatballs.
The assembled bites are baked at 375°F for 12 to 15 minutes, until the dough is golden and cooked through. The result is a bite-sized savory treat featuring juicy meatballs encased in a soft, buttery, garlicky crescent roll crust with a hint of cheesy flavor from the Parmesan.
These bites work well as appetizers or party snacks, offering a handheld option with satisfying layers of flavor and texture.
