A super delicious and healthy snack.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 5 cloves garlic fresh, finely minced
- 14 oz edamame fresh, ready to eat
- sea salt as desired
- 1 wedge lemon to squeeze over the top
Instructions
- Saute the minced garlic in a little extra virgin olive oil for a minute or two, then add the edamame and sea salt.
- Mix well, then transfer to the oven for a few minutes until hot.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice; serve warm.
Notes
- Add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick!
