Ingredients
- 432 grams box of Rainbow Bit cake mix Funfetti cake mix for my American friends
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4-1/3 cup milk
- bag Double stuffed Oreos
- jar Butterscotch dessert topping
- vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Take all of your ingredients and combine in a large bowl.The mixture should be very thick, so start with only a quarter cup of milk and see if that works. We aren't making a cake here, we are making a brownie type of baked good.
- Take three rows of the Golden Oreos and chop up. Add into the mix.
- Pour the mixture into a 12 inch skillet and then top with the remaining row of Golden Oreo's, making sure to chop them up nicely.
- Bake in a 350 degree trailer oven or BBQ for around 25 minutes, until the edges are browned. You want to slightly underbake this to get a lovely chewy blondie.
- Let the blondie rest and set for at least 20 minutes, which is around the time you can actually touch the cast iron again to serve it!
